#ReviewActivity #Review Mt. Fuji & Hakone Day Tour from Tokyo
[Music] Due to traffic accidents on the journey up to Mount Fuji, we were delayed by 1.5 hours, which meant we missed out on the gondola ride, but we all wanted the pirate ship more. It was amazing. Our guide Sean was incredible and thorough, and our driver was amazing. Lunch was incredible and delicious. Tempt would book again. Our guide Nori was excellent. She really made an effort well above what was expected of her and even teaching us some interesting things about Japan and their culture. We loved the experience. Weather wasn’t cooperative, but we still had a great time. A big shout out to the tour guide, Sori, for her friendly and very loving to all of us. And thank you for the bus driver and her assistant Ken. Hopefully I got the name right. Every tour was smoothly arranged and enough time were given for each location. Do opt for the Shinkansen experience back to Tokyo. My husband and I booked a tour to this company. The weather started out good and then it got cloudy in the afternoon. Our guide pad and assistant guide, Mia, she was a retired teacher, are so kind, patient, and very informative. I can’t remember our driver’s name, but boy oh boy, she can drive and back up the huge full-size bus so perfectly. She’s also strong, watching her put my heavy backpack in the luggage storage under the bus. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone thinking about seeing the my Fuji and Hakon and maybe you’d be lucky to have these amazing people to take care of you and guide you to this amazing places. Great tour particularly if you wish to visit Mount Fuji and cloudy day to recover from disappointment. Hakon is an interesting place that make you feel why you want to come back. Of course, bullet train to Tokyo save the time away from traffic jam. Great tour. Note that the lunch location changes seasonally if you purchase lunch included. We were expecting the Ninja Village, but that was the winter lunch location. We ended up at a spa resort that still had a yummy buffet lunch, though my son was a little disappointed because we thought there would be a ninja theme. If you don’t have a junior pass, don’t cheap out. Get the Shinkansen ticket back or make plans to buy your own reserve ticket at the station and break from the tour. We ended up buying our own ticket back after realizing the difference was 30 minutes back to Tokyo rather than 1.5 hours regular. But an accident on the highway would have made it 2.5 hours at least according to the driver. Love that the tour confirmed our booking the night before. Meetup was a little confusing since there will be many many tours meeting at the same place. But just ask around. Tour guide was very very friendly and helpful. Tour was very punctual and overall a great experience. Due to heavy snowfall, the first stop was Ashino Hakkai instead of the fifth station at Fuji, but all of us had a very good time stroll around the little town. Guide is very informative and very friendly. This Fuji trip will be remembered for the rest of my life. Smiley face emoji. Good thing I opted to take the Hakon trip. We barely saw Mount Fuji, but we enjoyed the tour nonetheless. Mio, our guide was very good, too. The food at the ninja place was very delicious. Riding the Shing Kan Sen back to Tokyo was a good choice for us since we got back after 30 minutes or so. We had more time to explore the area near our hotel. This is a great trip that my family and I very happy and enjoyed with compared to the Kyoto/Nar that fly kite me. The Japanese tour guide Happy is humor dedicated and ensure us enjoy the trip. She let us understand more on Japan shogun samurai history and mount bougie origin name which actually I want to make use of the journey to sleep but her story is so interesting that I gave up on my nap did not manage to get to fifth station is due to heavy snow and was replaced with hers museum. The driver is polite and always carry a smile and greeting. He had ensure our safety is due to heavy snowing the road is slippery. Overall, it is a worthwhile day tour that I sure will recommend to my friend and come back again to be in the meetup place early as there are plenty of tour meetups there. Damiano, our guide was great and very informative. He made sure everyone was accounted for. We just felt that the time given to stay in Mount Fuji and Hakon was short. Overall, for my first time in Mount Fuji, this was a great experience. Hero and Tommo were marvelous guides, sharing fun facts of locations along our route, always making sure we’re kept together and keeps us on time, all the way with warm smiles. Many thanks also to Nou, our driver, for keeping us safe and sound throughout the
