my family is from kyushu so we love a nice chicken nanban plate! this was my first time frying anything so i was jumping around as the oil! i also was scared of undercooking it so i poked at a lot of the chicken… (hope my parents don’t notice)
the sweet vinegar covered chicken with the tartar sauce is always a delicious addition! i’m happy i’ve started evolving my cooking skills so i’m able to make my parents nostalgic foods from our hometown 😀
