First stop, the park’s shining star, the great wisteria, located in Bloxa and these two trees are over 160 years old, and together they create a massive dreamlike canopy of purple flowers. The trellis spans the size of 1,200 tatami mats, and some flower clusters hang over 1.8 m long. Standing beneath them feels like walking through a living fairy [Music] tale. At around 5:30 p.m., head over to the purple wisteria trellis near Maronia Restaurant. Here you’ll catch the flowers bathe in golden sunset and softly lit by white illuminations as evening falls.
