Wild sea otters are raising a pup in the sea near Cape Kiritappu in the town of Hamanaka, Hokkaido. According to a group that engages in sea otter and seabird conservation activities, as of April 26, a total of eight sea otters, including one male, six females and one pup, were confirmed. Visitors quietly watched as the mother floated while holding her pup.
