Furano Japan 2025
Hi and welcome to our latest trip to Ferrano, Japan. The transfer up to Ferrano was made quite easy by utilizing the white line of bus service, which I can highly recommend. We stayed at the Noa Hotel, which is a fairly new hotel for Ferrano. The location wise, it is effectively 50 m to get to the ski resort or ski slopes. Uh location wise, it was perfect. Um staff were absolutely impeccable. The rooms were comfortable. So if you’re in Ferrano and looking for somewhere to stay, highly highly recommend giving the NOA hotel a go. The ski resort of Fano is divided into two main areas which are the Kitanomi and also the Fano area. These two areas are interlocked by either the link lift or the H1 trail. The H1 trail is an intermediate ski run. So, if you are unsure of your ability or just wish to take an easier way, there is a bus that connects the two resorts. For the past couple of years, we have skied at both NCO and Ferrano. And whilst both have their pluses and minuses, it’s something that you probably need to do a little bit of research into. Although being more internationally reowned, it does tend to draw a larger crowd. And Fano, it tends to have a bit more of a familyfriendly atmosphere. Fano ski resort located for everyone from firsttime beginner all the way through to advanced experts. Most of these videos were shot using my Insta X360. An absolute fantastic camera if you’re into any sort of action sports. It’s a set and forget. hit record, do your thing, and then press stop. And once you’re back to your hotel room, you can edit the video. One video will give you countless possibilities. So, if you’re into any of these sort of sports, highly recommend grabbing an Insta 360. Although there are some restaurants located on the mountain, if you want a wider selection of food or different sort of options, you’re best to walk into Fano itself. There are a few little hidden gems to be found in Fano. So get out, go for a walk, and you just never know what you might find. This is Ningle Terrace, which is located on the Prince Hotel of Fano. Great location to explore. I would suggest going there at nighttime when you get the most atmosphere. Welcome to Saporro, the largest city on the North Island. It’s a great way to finish a ski trip. We usually spend 2 or 3 days exploring, eating, just a great way to relax and take in the Japanese culture. If you’re into any sort of foods, there’s a Ramen Alley, there’s a beer museum. If you want to take in the culture, take a walk through Adori Park. If you’re in time for the winter festival, there’s also the great um ice sculptures. So yeah, have a look around Saporro. A great sort of location to sort of immerse yourself. Take a little bit of a wander down all the side streets if you’re into shopping. There’s plenty of places for that as well. But yeah, Saporro must do at the end of your ski trip and one that we highly recommend. Thanks for watching.
