Osaka Vlog π―π΅ Kyoto & Nara Solo Travel + Japanese Grocery Haul
[Music] [Music] Good morning. So, I just woke up. I got ready. It’s 8:40 a.m. and I’m going to take you with me to Ka. So, let’s go. Yes. So today I decided to go to Kyoto and N. It was spontaneous, but I always wanted to go there and see the deers. But first stop is of course Kyoto. And I had to take two trains, which took about an hour. It’s not that far. And of course, my first stop when I arrived in Kyoto was this ice cream that I saw on Instagram and Tik Tok. And I had to try it. And it was absolutely beautiful. Well, just look at that. But it was so expensive. I think I paid 1,700 yen. But honestly, I was a little bit disappointed. I think it was just bean paste. Interesting. But honestly, still worth it. I enjoyed it for a bit and then I decided to walk around. I didn’t really have any plan for Kyoto. I just decided to go there and see what’s around and walk to some temples. And yeah, that was my plan. of course couldn’t get over the cherry blossom. It was so beautiful. I found this river and there were so many trees. So, of course, I had to take pictures with cherry blossoms. And it was so so beautiful. [Music] I even saw the cherry blossom rain. It was so cute. But of course, after walking, I was hungry because I didn’t really have breakfast. I only got this ice cream. So, I decided to grab some ramen. And it was totally random. I just walked past this place and the lady said, “Come, come.” So, I just came. Okay. And I ordered the classic ramen and kimchi. But kimchi was so so salty. And the ramen was all right. And of course, there was time for matcha, but to be honest, it wasn’t that great. It was so sweet and it was pre-made, so I don’t know. Anyway, I’m not wasting it. So, I decided to finish it and just walk around and go to this temple, which was on my list to see. And I walked past so many cute stores and matcha stores. And I don’t know, I I didn’t really bought anything there. I didn’t feel like the matcha is legit. But anyway, I got to the place I wanted to go. Well, one of the places because I totally missed the shrine and I’m so obsessed about it. But it’s okay. I will leave it for the next time. But I stumbled upon this park with so many cherry blossoms and it was so cute. People were having picnics and stuff. [Music] Total time I spent there, I think it was 3 hours. And then it was time to go to Nara. So I took another train which was 50 minutes. And I finally saw the deers. Oh my god, they were so cute. People were feeding them leaves. So I decided to do the same. And look at him chilling. But honestly, I was a little bit confused. I wanted to buy this deer crackers that you can feed them, but I couldn’t find them anywhere for the life of me. And I asked one guy and he said like they were sold out. But he gave me one treat for the deer. So that was nice. And just look at him bowing. It was so cute. [Music] [Music] The deers were absolutely adorable. And of course, there was time for another matcha. But it was the same as before, so I don’t know. Today is not the matcha day for me. No luck with that. But nonetheless, the places were beautiful. So, I just walked around this park for 2 hours, I [Music] think, and I saw so many people buying these mochi, so I decided to grab one. I think it’s like a matcha peanut, and inside is red bean, and it was pretty good. I also decided to grab these deer cookies as my souvenir. Okay, guys. So, I’m back to the hotel. So tired and just eating my snack. It’s a Cheetos crunchy beef steak flavor. And yeah, thinking if I should go to Universal tomorrow or not. Don’t know. Going to take a rest for a bit and go out, maybe see some grocery. I really want to buy some matcha powder. Oh, yeah. So, I saw there’s a kebab place nearby, so I’m going to do that. get the keam and uh I’m gonna go to the grocery store to see if they have something interesting and some matcha or something. So, let’s go. Yes. So, I decided to grab a kebab because I’m a sucker for kebab in Poland. We have such a good kebabs. But this one was all right. Of course, I decided to walk around and then go to the grocery store to see if they have anything interesting. I found the matcha. Honestly, I have no idea about matcha, but this one looked good. And they had so many different snacks that I didn’t see in Taiwan yet, so I decided to grab some. Also, some interesting things. I didn’t know what it was. Some ready to eat food. That was super cute. And they even have those ready to eat burgers, which I was so surprised that they are not in the fridge. And I had some flashback memory from my childhood. I know this character, but I have no idea what’s his name. And of course, I had to stop by 711 and I decided to grab this viral smoothie because I was in a big need of some fiber and fruit and vegetables. The machine was kind of broken, but the worker helped me, so that was nice. And yeah, here is how to make this smoothie. You first scan the code on the box and then you press okay. Pull your smoothie and it’s going to make a shake. It takes a while, but after that you got your smoothie and it looks super good. I’m back to the hotel. It’s like 1000 p.m. I’m like so dead. But I went to the grocery store. So, here’s a little haul. First of all, I got this viral 7-Eleven smoothie. It’s like green veggies, pineapple something. It’s It’s really good though. So, 69 calories, but it’s good. Feel like on the strip I need some fruits and vegetables. I also went to N today and Kyoto and I didn’t buy much. I just got this I just got those cookies from N. Super cute. And other than that, I also got some Cheetos, which are like steak flavor. I mean, I don’t really like steak, but it’s all right. And I also got I also went to grocery store here. So I got these crisps which I already tried them in Taiwan but these are different. They have like they are like puffy or something and I don’t know if the flavor is the same or but I’m going to try it. I also got I also got some jelly, mango, and lemon. One piece for my boyfriend because he likes it. I got two of I got two of these for him. I also got this bun because it was like Pokemon, so I really wanted to try. It’s like a sweet bun, I guess. I don’t know. I also got these Hi-Cheu these Hi-Cheu mini jelly. Also got some coffee blend. They’re like type blood types. So, this blend is B type and this one is AB. One for me, one for my boyfriend. And of course, I had to grab some matcha. Honestly, I have no idea which matcha is good, but I don’t know. I heard this Uji matcha is good. So, I guess we’re going to try and see. I’m going to try this Pokemon sweet bun. I’m really curious to see what it is. What’s that? Is that a sticker? M. Smells like a donut. [Music] M. M. It’s good. Not dry. M. This is like a donut bun. Really good. I want to see what’s this. What is that? I have no idea what that is. Is that a Pokemon? I think it’s a sticker or tattoo. I don’t know. I think it’s a maybe a tattoo. That’s for my grocery haul. I also have Donkey Hot. I also have Donkey. I also have stuff from Donkey that I bought, but it’s in duty free.
