Former World No. 1 Naomi Osaka takes on the unseeded Leolia Jeanjean on super Saturday in the 2025 L’Open 35 in Saint-Malo, France. The semifinal encounter will feature two players with partially contrasting journeys to this stage of the tournament. Osaka is searching for some clay court momentum as she heads to Paris for Roland Garros very soon. The Japanese sensation is yet to win a Grand Slam title since 2021.

Interestingly, Jeanjean’s best Grand Slam result has come on this surface. She defeated Boisson, Dolehide and Ferro en route to the semifinals.
