Where is Spider-Man?
Enjoyed the video. Thanks so much. I really like the openness of the living room with so many windows allowing natural light. The kitchen and bathroom were nice as well. The loft made me laugh because the ceiling height is so low. I am guessing it would become storage for items you don’t need to access with any great frequency.
I liked the view and the window amount of sun light and air is very good to me
But the openning the ladder to go up it's a new idea 💡😮but idk 😐 i thought about it but willnot work for me if I'm there.
A ladder to go to the room inside the kitcken???
Idk will it be practical or an obstacle for 😢idk
Or just open it to sleep and keep the area above clean and tidy ??!!
But i wonder 🤔 about limiting my movement that's all 😅
And what is the metal box you opened on 01:21????
Fatma from Egypt
Could you live here?🙋♂️
Watching from Argentina, from the southernmost City of América and this world 🙂
This is a yes. The loft would be for storage of not often used items.
I like that it has a kitchen island, which means you don't need a table and chairs. I could easily live here … 😊🐈⬛
😮 I could definitely live there. Quiet stunning place with a nice view.
Could you do a time lapse walk from the train station to the apartment with the clock running?
Quanto custaria morar nele?
Is this close to Haneda? I think I visited this.
unable to accept the electrical cricuit inside toilet due to its humidity! how if the circuit suddenly explode while bathing!!? 😱😱
Not if on the first floor or underground, otherwise nice tiny apartments
The loft would be great for bedroom if it can fit a double bed, I don't like the bedroom in the same space as the kitchen, so a loft is great
I love those windows. Put stools at the counter, put a day bed in the living room, one of those chair beds.
I see that all these apartments don't have drapes. How hard is it to get the custom drapes made and how long do they have to wait to get them made? Plus, you would need the use of a very tall ladder to put them in that apartment – do they install them as well?
I can use the loft for bedroom and storage I don't like to sleep that much anyway lol and I really love big windows and sun light, I can see myself live here easily
This is amazing, loft would be the bedroom area and the corner would be where the computer stays, so you can sit on a floor chair with the legs out. So much space, this is huge for Japan standards…
Interesting Space Saving Ladder 1st time I seen in.
Thanks for the more pleasant background music. Haha.
I would be scared to go up and onto that loft. But the rest of the apartment is great! The kitchen island (if I can call it that way) and the big windows make the place a very pleasant compact-and-comfortable option.
I forgot to comment on the exterior of the building. So pretty 😍
Love the huge windows and how the fire extinguisher is concealed in a case that blends in aesthetically with the decor. Are there no lifts in this apartment?
Is this apartment available for short term stay like 1 month?
Those windows are everything in that apt. Unfortunately loft height and how to get there is a deal breaker for me. Also entrance stairs are high and very steep. It could be ok for someone very young I presume…
Love the windows and all the light coming in. But, the studio is very narrow and absolutely no to that stairs that leads to the loft area. Loft itself has barely any functionality due to low ceilings.
Looks lovely and light, but I'm not a fan of that loft space! An unguarded ladder down, an extremely low ceiling… as someone who has both claustrophobia and acrophobia, that space would be used entirely for storage. But it's relatively cheap… sign me up!
Houses are so beautiful and inspiring when still empty…😊
Are you able to help foreigners rent places like this?
That is a terrible apartment. The loft is too short and access sucks. It is barely usable for storage and definitely not for daily use. Why bother? Storage in the rest of the apartment is inadequate and open storage. Ugh.
No, I would never live there.
Nice one ! I like the big windows and natural light !
That Loft is "Horrid"!! Can't even Stand Up. Have to Squat and Scoot around. Where is the Fridge? This place will only fit a 1/2 a Person. What's the Rent? $6,ooo a Month?? Not for Me!!
love the windows, but can't figure out where to put the sofa and TV and bed?
Staircase in the middle of the kitchen? 🤔…. very creative …..
You cannot see but when you wave, I wave back. This is a very beautiful apartment. It has a lovely curb appeal too.
I like the little details such as a powder outlet in the coat closet. And how you show shelves and rods, that the can be moved.
I am always surprised that the windows open to the air without a screen.
I love the sunshine and the views. The loft could be used for out of season items. For being in Tokyo, I feel the rent is fair.
A small thing is I wish the kitchen sink was bigger. And I did not see an elevator.
This is a good, balanced video. Thank you.
