  1. I’m gonna sue disney because I got wet while swimming in their pools. The emotional distress of being wet has caused me to lose work and sleep lol.

  2. I wish people wouldn’t report on child abuse occurring at the hotels, not even in the park or anything 😱 I already feel weird about the in-park stuff being reported. It has nothing to do with Disney. I feel sad for that young girl and her specific quotes even being shared online 😱

  3. Yeah, I’m sorry, but unless there’s medical proof of pain and suffering, (typically involves actual medical bills), it’s a frivolous lawsuit and the judge should throw it out. Losing consciousness on a ride is a bit more serious than a literal “could have.” I mean, the kid “could have” also died. I’m surprised Disney gave them any kind of financial compensation at all.

I remember burning my mouth on hot chocolate at EPCOT. I should have known better when the cast member who handed it to me was relieving another cast member who burnt herself making it for me!!! I was in horrible pain for half an hour, and the rest of the week I couldn’t really eat or drink anything without feeling some kind of discomfort or pain.
Had I gone to the hospital or even their medical care center for it, then maybe I might get a gift card or something for cold beverages. Not freaking two million dollars!

My daughter scrapped her knee trying to navigate through the carousel queue in Fantasyland. She “could have” broken her leg. Where’s my money?!? GIMMIE!!! GIMMIE!!! GIMMIE!!!

  4. Boo! I’m a big fan of OLC, but I feel like they simply don’t want invest in a third gate. Yes, I understand that it would be incredibly expensive, as well as a huge bureaucratic burden to bring in more land, but they did it before.

  5. The few seconds of the opening were odd to see, and that woman with the sweet, sexy voice 🙂 That should be edited out 🙂 NO chapters, so we can't see the stories we want to see.

  6. The news from the OLC shouldn't really come as a surprise to anyone. They started on this route back in 2016. This new report just confirms their plans to turn their park into a place that provides unique experiences that you can't find in any other Disney theme park. Their goal is to recreate Disneyland into something new, not to be a preserved copy of what the American parks used to be. This is stated quite clearly in their new report. Which honestly is totally fair. Tokyo deserves to have a unique Disneyland that their guests wants, not just copies of American rides. So the only ride I'm hoping they will change their mind on is Aquatopia. As that is an original ride, only found in Disneysea.

  7. I'm sorry this Typhoon Lagoon complaint is absolutely ridiculous, you know what to expect in a wave pool! You get hit by waves! 😂

  8. I was shocked when I saw the long-term management plans for Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea, but I was relieved to see that Splash Mountain was safe.

  9. I never ride those rides in our Disney so if they do something cool, sure let’s go. Parks being different would be cool.

  10. Never been to either of the 2 Tokyo Disney parks b4 was planning to go this May but had to postpone until May next year. Hopefully they won’t start building work just yet. I do not want to go see a building sight instead of a park. They already rebuilding space mountain.

  11. I don’t think the Tokyo concept art will happen in the future. Looking back at the past massive concept art about Beauty and The Beast, Alice in wonderland, relocate small world and Frozenland. This feels unrealistic. I think this is just 2 of the many concept arts and ideas they come up with. It’s just a blue sky.

  12. If OLC pushes through with this, this is gonna be great for TDL. It really needs a refresh to compete with TDS cuz even that park is getting crowded due to Fantasy Springs.

I bet OLC will be surveying these changes to make sure these plans are to what the Japanese want.

  13. Also of note… Disneyland in Tokyo was busy….and Disney Sea was impossibly busy a week ago when I attended in what was supposed to be a 'not busy time of year'. They are doing huge business so expanding hotels and attractions makes sense.

  14. If you climb in a wave pool, you can reasonably expect to get "hit" by waves. That's the whole point. (Also…crazy to take your 3 year old into a wave pool!)

  15. Does this mean I can sue holiday world for my top coming off on one of the water slides???? 😅 😂

  16. There's a part of me that's surprised they'd get rid of Tiki Room since they love stitch, but they have him elsewhere and lands very similar to adventureland at Disney Sea
