Tourists Gather in Hiroshima to See "Sea of Fog"

Tourists are flocking to Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture to see the Miyoshi Basin covered in a thick fog. When viewed from an observation deck on a mountain top on a clear morning, the nearby mountains look like islands floating in a sea of white.
