► Atsuta Jingu is a shinto shrine, located in Atsuta-ku, Nagoya. The huge shrine complex area covers 200,000 m², and draws over 9 million visitors annually. Sadly, there is no access to the inner grounds for the public. (but I was able to film some of the area over the fence!)
Atsuta Jingu is officially designated a “Kanpei-taisha”-shrine, meaning that it stands in the first rank of government supported shrines in japan. It’s a really nice place, and as the architecture of this shrine is quite different from the style of most others, I recommend visiting Atsuta Jingu if you get the chance. – Enjoy!
