    Oh wow. On another channel people often mention a Murphy Bed would be great for micro apartments. And you found one to see.
    The shared spaces seem well thought out.
    Location is everything. But, the rental fee would be too much for me.

    I found something about this place very depressing. Am not sure why – it has a lot of amenities and makes good use of a small space. The tour of the building and apartment was excellent. Great work!

    Great walkthrough as always. Brand new. Nicely staged. Seems to be in a good location and tons of amenities. The price seems high though and feels a little cold. Maybe it’s just too modern for my taste. I’m sure it’ll be rented out extremely quickly though!

    It's quite dark, and the yellow lighting is just too … dark. It's a good layout, and there is space for a fridge (was there space for a washing machine?) … It's too dark. Also, was the room staged because I would want to change the decor … 😊
