This is Joël Robuchon au Dôme in Macau. The menu costs 560 dollars.
Joel Robuchon was one of the most influential chefs in the world, and nothing proves that better than the fact that he was named Chef of the Century.
Today, we’re here to taste his legacy.

  1. As someone who has worked under the guidance of Chef Robuchon, I'm very happy to see that people on the other side of the planet nail the cauliflower caviar.

    You cannot imagine how much sweat and tears flow making this one (not literally, if you sweat into it the Chef will kindly ask you to redo it from scratch.)

I think you should try August in Jakarta, yes they have no Michelin stars, because Michelin has not entered Indonesia yet, but I am sure August will receive at least a star if Michelin decided to come in to the country. Anyways, August has been awarded by American Express backed Asia's 50 best restaurant. It is the best restaurant in Jakarta, Indonesia. Please give it a try, and you will also receive a huge amount of fan base from the massive population of Indonesia as well.

  5. This was an excellent tour of a very beautiful restaurant. Do we even call it a restaurant? The decadence of everything around him is amazing. The dishes, the silver, all the very elegant and unique presentations of the menu items. This guy Alexander is fun to listen to. I was impressed with his style.
