◆ Yasui Tsukasa
Today I had a physical test.
The menu included the 30m sprint, agility, jumping, etc.
The test was conducted indoors, which is rare in Japan, and it felt a little different from usual and I enjoyed it.
Tomorrow is the long-awaited first match of the Future Cup. We will be playing against Ajax on the main pitch in the opening match.
After that we will play against Paris Saint-Germain, which I am really looking forward to and excited about.
The tickets are sold out and more than 300 people will be watching. I think I will never have such an experience in my life, so I will just have fun.
I would like to prepare well and go into the match with the aim of achieving good results.
◆ Okamoto Ryuta
I had a physical test with Ajax this morning.
There we did a lot of sprinting, agility, jumping and so on.
I don’t know how big the gap is between me and overseas players, but I think it’s important to become a player who can catch up, even just a little, physically.
We had a meeting in the afternoon and I think we were able to prepare as best we could for the tournament.
Both teams tomorrow are famous, but we would like to win against both of them and carry the momentum into the day after tomorrow.
