β’ Autumn in Fukuoka: a Japan vlog | Rakusuien Garden | Fukuoka Tower | JR Hakata | PART 1 β’
PART 1 of my three-part Fukuoka series in Japan π―π΅
A vlog of all the destination we visited in the southern region, where we:
π got to stay in a hostel that is also a cat sanctuary
π fed some fish and made pigeon friends in a park in the middle of the city
π© try an authentic tea ceremony
βοΈ see a Christmas tree-themed tower
βΏβ serendipitously end up in Sanrio World
β found a magical store that felt like an Alice in Wonderland replica
Christmas in Japan is something else. It’s my first time here experiencing the winter illuminations in November. Loved the fall weather and the city lit up at night. Even got to experience a Christmas market in JR Hakata station. First few days were full of surprises β happened upon a calm garden in the middle of the city, originally planned to go to TeamLab but ended up in Sanrio World, and found a literal hole-in-the-wall Alice in Wonderland shop that sold the coolest knick knacks.
