A food hall with eight high-end restaurants from Japan is headed to West Hollywood, reports L.A. Business First. Round 1 Delicious, a Japanese amusement store chain, has its eyes on the Now development in West Hollywood as the future home of a food hall with Japanese storefronts serving yakitori, sushi, and more. Round 1 already has footholds in Los Angeles with its bowling and claw machine venues, but this will be its first foray into food in the States. The food hall is slated to open later this year.

While Round 1 hasn’t announced which restaurants will feature at the new venue, according to a project page on its website, Sushi Saito, which is widely considered to be one of the best sushi restaurants in the world, will be coming to the U.S. in some form. Other restaurants listed on the site include Tempura Takiya and Ginza Jotaki. Although there have been plenty of recent restaurant arrivals from Japan, including Takagi Coffee and Bread, Espresso &, this food hall will be a first-of-its-kind concept in Los Angeles.
