Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy-led ‘Telangana Rising’ delegation reached Tokyo on Wednesday for a week-long trip to attract investments.
On arrival, he was received by officials of the Indian Embassy in Japan. Accompanied by party MP K. Raghuver Reddy, Principal Secretary V. Seshadri, Hyderabad Metro Rail Managing Director N.V.S. Reddy, Mr. Reddy will inaugurate the ‘Telangana Pavilion’ at the Osaka World Expo 2025.
The Indian Ambassador to Japan Shibu George on Wednesday night hosted a dinner for the visiting dignitaries at the 100-year-old India House.
DMK MP Ms. Kanimozhi Karunanidhi and former MoS and MP Napoleon, who are also in Japan joined the dinner hosted by the Indian envoy to Japan.
Aiming to attract huge investments , the CM delegation will meet with leading company managements, industrialists, and several representatives of Japan. In scheduled meetings with the prospective investors, the official team led by the Chief Minister will explain the investment prospects in Telangana and also industrial and technical cooperation offered by Telangana State to Japan companies to set up their manufacturing units in the State.
