A part of my Ilocos Norte joyride series. The video starts from Fort Ilocandia to Batac visiting the Ferdinand E Marcos Presidential Center and passing Paoay Church. Weather was cooperating in this video 🙂 Unfortunately upon my visit the remains of Former President Marcos was inaccessible.
