Tokyo’s Most Crowded Night Cherry Blossom Festival – 4K HDR

Every year flocks of locals and tourists alike head to the narrow streets of Nakameguro station, along the Meguro river to view the cherry blossoms. A few years ago they drastically cut back the trees which used to hang over the river, so the view is not as spectacular as it used to be, but it’s for the health of the aging trees. With record numbers of tourists this year, the streets were absolutely packed shoulder to shoulder near the station, but if you venture further out you can get a pretty calm view.
