Today, we are bringing you to Ippodo Tea, a well-known tearoom in Kyoto that has been operating since 1717! As some of you may have heard, there is currently a global matcha shortage. To help decrease overconsumption, we decided to consciously shop by first taste testing the matcha at the source. Watch as we taste the difference between koicha vs. usucha and watch until the end, to hear some useful tips!
