I have been watching Kei-Tai for almost a year. He is the most cleanest, clean conscientious guy. He is very mindful of his yatai business… I will totally visit Japan and visit his yatai personally. Totally hard working! Fighting!!!!

Absolutely delightful to watch him set up, be a short order cook, and take the stall down after work! He is an artisan in every respect and I respect him very much. To top it all, he has a unique sense for the esthetics, from his self-build traditional wooden stall to his tableware and presentation of the food to his guests. In Europe, we call him a Renaissance Man! I wish him good health and many, many new and loyal customers.

He needs three round trips to and from his home to his work place. That’s 6 trips all in by the end of the day. Not including preparation, cleaning, setting up the premises, cooking. Every day. I’m tired just watching him .
