🌷 Today marks the first day of the 2025 Sakura Tulip Festa, where about 600,000 tulips of around 100 different varieties surround the windmill at the Sakura Furusato Square. 🌸 The festival is scheduled to last until April 20, but if you come soon, you’ll also be able to enjoy cherry blossom viewing here too with the full “sakura” bloom expected in the coming days! 🚲 The grounds here are free to enter, but if you’re looking for another activity to do while you’re here, you can rent a bicycle and ride around the lake that’s right next to the windmill. ✈️ Sakura is located between Tokyo and Narita Airport, making it a great day-trip destination for a spring day out in nature!
