A hidden oasis where the city meets the gentle sound of rain.

At night in local cities such as Takamatsu City, where I live, there are few lights to illuminate the entire city, making it impossible to capture beautiful images of cherry blossoms as video even when they are in bloom.
Kobe, the second most populous city after Osaka, has many brightly lit areas even in the middle of the night. This makes it possible to shoot video even at night.
The date this video was shot was March 27, 2025, but the cherry blossoms had begun to bloom because of the sudden warm weather around the end of March.
