Anyma has collaborated with an up-and-coming artist in the techno scene for a new track. Baset and he have now released the track Neverland (From Japan), which features hypnotic effects, after showcasing it months ago as ID.
Matteo Milleri’s projects, Tale Of Us and Afterlife, have seen better days in the past, as it’s evident he now focuses most of his time on his solo project, Anyma. At the same time, rumors and negative news have swarmed these ventures as of late, now side projects, including rumors of a Tale Of Us break-up. Also, recently, the cancellation of the Afterlife Festival from Zamna Tulum caused a lot of disappointment among fans. But there’s no doubt that the solo project Anyma is not only very active, but it’s also gaining a lot of momentum. A couple of months ago, he did a string of shows at Sphere Las Vegas, collaborated with Dom Dolla, and partnered with publishing agency Kobalt. Now, he has a new track with one of techno’s rising stars, Baset, on The End Of Genesys label.
“NEVERLAND is open! Step inside. A special one with the visionary Anyma.”, shared Baset on his socials on the day of the release.

Their new release, Neverland (From Japan), promises to be an energetic track that will be a big part of the live shows. The familiar melodic beats and general soundscapes from the Italian producer Anyma will accompany the entire track. Coupled with this is the production skills of Baset, Cairo’s emerging DJ, who has pulled the tunes into the world of techno. Baset’s knowledge is unquestionable, with one of his biggest hits being produced with Argy himself, which is already at millions of listens across multiple platforms. The vocals beautifully layer over the song, giving it a truly hypnotic feel. This single was released before the May 23rd release of Anyma’s upcoming album, whose initial components were also discussed during an interview.
