Cherry blossoms started blooming in Washington, DC, gracing the capital with white and pink flowers.Footage shared on March 26 by the National Mall, which operates under the National Park Service, shows white cherry blossoms dancing in the wind at Tidal Basin.“The breeze had the cherry trees dancing today, but despite the sun & exercise, the blossoms have not reached Peak Bloom yet,” the National Mall said.Peak bloom was expected to occur between March 28 and March 31, according to the National Park Service.
