⁴ᴷ Hiroshima: Hiroshima Station (広島県: 広島駅) – Japan Walking Tour (March, 2025)
Just like last month, I took the ferry from Yokosuka Port and arrived at Shin-Moji Port in Kitakyushu City. From there, I crossed the Kanmon Strait back to Honshu and began my journey along the Seto Inland Sea, heading toward Tokyo.
I’ve moved from Yamaguchi Prefecture to Hiroshima Prefecture. The construction allowing the streetcars to run directly into the JR station building is nearly complete, and it officially opened just two days after the day I filmed.
From the station area, I walked to and from Nagarekawa-dori and Yagenbori-dori, which together make up the largest entertainment district in the Chugoku region. There were quite a lot of inbound tourists walking around.
