  1. Finally, first one to give a thumbs up. So the herds must be carefully managed to prevent problems related in inbreeding which would result in genetic weaknesses and defects. The meat seems to be very finely marbled. At least it's so expensive that one can't afford to make it a regular treat and that's a good thing, otherwise we might be watching a rotund Ruko barely able to fit in his trike car. 🙂 Safe journeys Rokusan & friend.
