“Up, up and away,” so the old saying goes and when it comes to fun trips and adventures, The Young and the Restless’ Mark Grossman knows a little bit about those. If you follow the CBS soap star on social media then you know he loves to travel and his latest trip looks as though it was one for the books.
The actor gave fans a peek inside his trip to The Land of the Rising Sun through 20 beautiful photos that documented his journey to Japan. The first featured Grossman, with arms wide open, as he stood on a path between what appeared to be Hinoki Cypress trees.
Other shots showcased the architecture of the country, known as “Minka,” or “house of the people,” which is the style of typical Japanese residential buildings. There were more pics of the actor, gorgeous pink cheery blossoms, a statue of an Ugajin, which represents both male and female, yummy food, a creative drink and wildlife walking alongside locals and travelers.
Last December, Grossman went skiing with his dad and shared, “Pops’ still got it.”
Prior to that, The Big Apple was his destination of choice…
And if you’re wondering where “the Grossman roots run,” the actor showed exactly what went down when he returned to “Southeastern Pennsylvania” after having been away for 18 years — and how happy he was to go back.
We could go on and on with Grossman’s other trips, such as the July 2024 adventure in Montana, but we’ll just keep an eye out for where his jet-setting takes him next.
And back to his daytime roots… Open our photo gallery below for a preview of what’s set to happen this week on all five soaps, including family secrets revealed, desperate plans enacted and terrible news delivered.
