Saudi media reports have revealed that Musab Al-Juwair, a player for Al-Shabab Club and the Saudi national team, is ready to participate in the upcoming match against Japan.

Al-Juwair sustained an injury during his participation in the last match for Saudi Arabia against China, and was substituted by coach Renard in the 72nd minute of the match, with striker Abdullah Al-Hamdan coming on in his place.

Medical examinations confirmed Al-Juwair’s readiness to participate against Japan, which will take place in the eighth round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup next Tuesday.

Al-Juwair underwent medical tests after the national team arrived in Japan on Friday, due to a minor injury sustained during the match against China.

The Saudi national team is preparing to face its Japanese counterpart in the match scheduled for next Tuesday evening at Saitama Stadium 2002.
