Japanese working culture is often associated with negativ things and unfortunately you can’t denie those negative sides. It is still very common in Japan to do overtime, sometimes to a ridiculous extend, that results in various new social issues.

Echigo Yuzawa is one of Japan’s top ski destinations, offering excellent snow conditions and stunning mountain views. The area is home to multiple ski resorts, including GALA Yuzawa, which connects directly to the shinkansen station, making it one of the most convenient ski spots in Japan.
