Mr. Foggs is awesome. We visited Scarfes, Connaught, Tayer, Satan's Whiskers, Savoy, Shapes, Soma and Dukes. Scarfes was our favorite. We sat at the bar and talked to the Italian Mixologist. When we mentioned we spent hours drinking at Drink Kong (Rome). The flood gates opened with samples and off menu drinks.
