I love your videos. Obviously you were worn out from your journey and carrying your luggage about. May I suggest that when you fly in, immediately have your big bags sent from the airport to your first destination via Yamato Unyu or similar. Take only your essential carry on like laptop, medications, toothbrush etc. Negotiating the transfers at stations is hard enough already. I recommend the same if you are travelling domestically by train. The vestibules of even the Shinkansen are narrow, and they don't linger at the stops. Also I have to chide you–Nijo market? I assume you are referring to Nishiki market. I'm very familiar with this part of Kyoto. To clarify for your viewers, Nijo, Shijo, etc refer to the major EW thoroughfares in the ancient Kyoto city plan, which intersect NS thoroughfares such as Karasuma, Kawaramachi dori. Another tip for visitors–in Kyoto you specify your taxi destinations as you do in New York City, by specifying an intersection of streets. The addresses supplied by many hotels and restaurants are only recognized by postal workers or the like, because every single block has a unique name. So, on the other side of the same street, the block name is different!
Guilty pleasure in Kyoto Station,Ipudo Ramen and then the Eel 'Unagi' restaurant at the top of the stairs 🥰 thankyou for sharing more great content 🎉🍻 very much obliged.

Sitting having a cuppa by that river looks like a little piece of Heaven 😊 so happy to see you doing well Shinichi, hope you are able to keep on with your wellbeing journey. Let yourself rest when you need to,you are doing so great. Vitamin D hopefully is helping and lovely to see you enjoying some sunshine 😊
loving the videos, love the walk, In some way I can say it's like traveling with friends. Udon noodles my favorite, not fan od donats, Im having coffee after lunch, love dark chocolate. It's true that the background music has nothing to do with what we see. You loock better, Having slept helped you, but take care, I don't like it very much either, 10 days is a lot of time. Art so intresting, take a lot of water and rest, see you in the next
Thank you for the video from Kyoto, l hope I one day can come back and see Kyoto again 🙏❤️

Hi Shinichi and Satoshi I was watching your video and that Amazon Cacao is from my country Peru, so happy to watch you enjoy it, we peruvians are very proud for our products, food is good too ceviche, pulpo al olivo(japanese influence) lomo saltado (chinese influence), carapulcra (andean influence) anticuchos (peruvian african influence), and so much more, because we have a big nikkei populations the fusion peruvian japanese is delicious (my family is from Okinawa, I am uchinanchu born in Peru), google restaurant MAIDO in Lima if you have time, the owner is a very famous peruvian japanese chef, (Aside from Maido winning the title of Latin America’s Best Restaurant four times since joining the list in 2013, plus achieving the title of The Best Restaurant in South America 2024, beloved cook Micha was voted by his peers as the winner of the Estrella Damm Chefs’ Choice Award 2024). Sorry I cant help to feel so proud of Peru, it feels like been proud of Shohei Ohtani because my blood is japanese too and I love baseball (I played softball when I was young).
I love your videos specially from Okinawa, I have family there in Nanjo I visited them 3 times (I always remember the last time I saw my Ojii chan sitting at his old table, with a huge sake bottle (not kidding it was a 80cm tall) next to him in the floor. It was an old house. He was a sugar cane farmer…not sure if it was sake though but definitely was an alcoholic drink. On the last day, I stood in the doorway, turned around and knew it would be the last time I"d see him and I started to cry. I hold that image in my mind like a photograph… But it is a sweet memory not a sad one. Just in case…He wasnt an alcoholic.
I really love your videos with Satoshi. May you both have an incredible spring…PS I have family in Tsurumi Yokohama too, close to an okinawan products store and some okinawa ryori restaurants and a good peruvian restaurant to KOKYS in Honchodori.
Greetings ; )
I always love spring days, when it's not too hot, or cold.. a nice sunny day is wonderful.
Looks really chic in some areas.
Thanks for sharing your trip to Kyoto, I will defo check out Keo Donuts, I will be in kyoto on 30th April after a week in Tokyo, can't wait!
Do you guys have android phones there lol
@4:42 funny we were there at that Sukiya Gion such a nice area!!!
Your lunch spot looked great and reasonable!!!
Koe donuts we went too great space to eat too!!! 🍩
I enjoyed your ferry videos as I just went on a 14 day cruise from Sydney to New Zealand and back to Sydney. It was interesting to see the inside of the ferry was just as nice if not better in some parts than the cruise ship I was on. This was our first cruise ever and we were also apprehensive about it but we took Bonine the entire time and we were fine. We also were lucky with nice weather the entire time. And I do think the swaying of the ship helped us sleep very well also. Maybe like a baby being rocked in its cradle. =)
I like the "doing random things" videos. It's always fun to see how things play out. Sitting by the river on a sunny day watching ducks and a heron was a highlight, as was the museum. Of course, all the food looked delicious. Heck, anything you two do is fun to watch. Thanks for everything. 💜💜
I'll be visiting Kyoto in May and this video is very helpful to find my way around. Thank you for sharing.
Is the mic a little muffled in this clip?
your ferry video is very inspiring to me. I'm not as nervous now for the one to Miyajima. I also really enjoyed your sakura video. I like the vlogs a lot.
I highly recommend Y’s Burgers. Shinichi recommended this place and we went in 2023. It was wonderful! Mahalo for that great memory!
We stopped by Funahashiya in November, our first time back since before the pandemic. We purchased some arare and inquired about the ojisan who used to be at the shop. Sadly he had passed away,he was always so helpful to us.
