We went to the Q-Sta Mall next to Mount Fuji Station, with a food court at the basement.
One of the local dishes in Fujiyoshida City was called the Yoshida Udon. We tried the Pork Udon (big portion). There were some condiments available so we added a bit of each to our noodles. There was quite a good portion of pork, with a clear soup base. Yoshida Udon was much thicker than regular Udon and it was chewier too.
On the 6th floor of Q-Sta Mall, there was an observation deck to view Mount Fuji.
