Join us on a fast-paced, action-packed one-day trip to Shizuoka! 🚄✨ With barely any time to spare, we squeezed in everything from delicious local cuisine to stunning art exhibits.
📍 Our Itinerary:
① Shizuoka Station – 11:45 AM 🚉
② Lunch at Hacchokura – 12:00 PM 🍽️
→ A tough choice among Shizuoka’s famous dishes! I had a Sakura Shrimp Tempura Rice Bowl, while Chassa enjoyed Shizuoka Oden & Maguro Set Meal. Both were flavorful and satisfying! 🤤
③ Shin-Shizuoka Station – 1:00 PM 🚆
→ We were lucky to ride the Chibi Maruko-chan train! 🎀🚋
④ Shizuoka Prefectural Museum of Art – 1:45 PM 🎨
→ A scenic 20-minute uphill walk (longer than expected! 😅). The museum’s exhibitions and Rodin collection were absolutely worth it!
⑤ Souvenir Shopping – 5:00 PM 🛍️
→ With less than an hour before our Shinkansen, we rushed to grab some last-minute Shizuoka treats… but forgot to take a picture of the shop! 😭
