  1. I'm jealous you get to eat all that sashimi by yourself. About 'farmed fish' – it isn't that bad at all knowing it being farmed in Japan where they are particular and careful about their farming and agricultural practice. Japan's high standards for everything won't make me think twice about having farmed bluefin at all! It is definitely more sustainable to farm blue fin tuna too – let the spices in the wild repopulate and not be overfished.

  2. My biggest mistake on my first trip to Japan was staying in Osaka for only one day. I'm still craving for gyoza, takoyaki and okonomiyaki (they all fit well with beer, maybe that's why i liked them so much), guess i've would love Osaka's sashimi and sushi too. And i must try negiyaki someday.
