Japan’s Hidden Port Town Kesennuma/ Best Inn & Ken Watanabe’s Cafe

Kesennuma, a port city in Miyagi, was deeply affected by the 2011 tsunami. Inspired by a video from Abroad in Japan, I finally visited—and it was an unforgettable experience. In this video, I’d like to share my wonderful experience at Tsunakan, a charming Inn, Cafe owned by world famous actor Ken Watanabe and more beauties that is not known by many tourists.

  6. Great video Lemi. I really loved the place that you stayed. Seeing the guests off was a really nice gesture. The seafood you ate looked so fresh. One of the great qualities of Japan. The cafe was also nice. Kesennuma looks like a really nice place to visit and stay over😀
