There’s much more than what’s shown in this video as Shibuya is such a large area. But in general, Tokyo is a great city to visit as a vegan because there are endless restaurants to try. It’s get’s tricky when it comes to vegan products in the supermarkt or konbini (convenience stores), that’s why I always recommend to download Google Translate to translate the lists of ingredients on the spot. If you want to be on the safe side, there’s a great website about vegan products in Japan called https://isitveganjapan.com.

I was there in December….I remember all ❤❤❤
I need to go to Tokyo!!
love your blog!!!!!! vegan food, vegan life, all for the animals!!!! Love Vegan Tokyo
I like how truthful you are when the food isn’t good! ❤
Another amazing video 😊
Ohh I'd love for you to make a similar video for Roppongi! 😍 I'm thinking of staying there next time I go to Japan. But finding good food options particularly for breakfast proved to be so incredibly hard when I stayed in Asakusa that I'm wondering whether Shibuya is the only satisfying place to stay when in Tokyo. 🥹
Btw I'm surprised you guys like Afuri. I went to their location in Azabu Juuban and was rather disappointed by their vegan ramen 😢
Thank you for sharing! I love all your videos, so peaceful and VEGAN❤! I watch in full, no fast forward or skipping, it’s thouroughly enjoyed 😊
I would love to see more “vegan in..” videos. I loved your video.
I wish we had known about Tokyu store. Alpro is hard to get in Australia and we could have done with some and some biscuits.
Being our first time in Tokyo, we planned out our vegan places (we try to eat at fully vegan places) but neither of us realised how spread out Tokyo was. So we probably should have planned better but I enjoyed everything we ate. The only fully vegan place we went to twice was marbre vegan because yummmmy!
Perfect timing!! I’m vegan and going to Japan in 2 months
I always love your videos, but the "Vegan In…" videos are especially helpful for planning, and make me excited for upcoming trips!
My parents are visiting Japan for the first time this Spring season, and this is really helpful information for them. Thanks!
less than three weeks until i go!! my google maps list is so big now thanks to you 🙂
Thank you for the recommendations! 🙂
I checked Wayback Burgers just now and on google maps it says it's closed permanently ;(
