End of the Road, End of an Adventure. Bike-Touring Japan # 17, From Kagoshima to Kyanmisaki
1Japanese Odyssey: a solo female cyclist of advanced years cycles from Soyamisaki, the northernmost point of Hokkaido, to Kyanmisaki the southernmost point of Okinawa.
In this video, she takes a ferry from Kyushu to the island of Amami-Oshima, tours the natural beauty of the island, investigates a coffee shop straight out of the Wild West, takes another ferry to Okinawa, braves a very busy highway, and eventually arrives at the southernmost point of Okinawa where she realises that she has nothing at all profound to say about her long journey down the length of Japan. #Cycling Japan #Biking Japan #Kyushu #Amami-Oshima #Okinawa

Congratulations on completing your end to end of Japan! I will need to do mine in stages. I’ll be heading to Memambetsu in September to pick up where I left off in ‘23. Korea is on my list too!
I am one of your 47 subscribers who is an old lady from the US trying to work up the courage to take a trip similar to yours. I have enjoyed every one of your videos in this series and looked forward to each new segment as you released them. Thank you for showing us women of a certain age that there is no reason not to get out and experience what this beautiful world offers to its fullest! I hope the fact that you bought a new microphone means that you have more to share with us. I will be watching!
S korea has the bike green lane, just like the highway for bike.
