Today I show you how to make my favorite Japanese dish, Tonkotsu Ramen. This is a very flexible dish, with some things that need to be done at least the day before, the broth that takes 5-8 hours, and the toppings that are up to you. This classic pork broth is the best and I have spent a lot of time perfecting it. This is one of the dishes I am most proud of, I hope you make it and enjoy it yourself.
