Before the pandemic, I used to travel a lot with my Mom. I actually introduced travelling to her and now she has more passport stamps than me ☺️
This is supposed to be our bonding travel again with me, my mom and my brother after Pops died and after Kuya finally regained his self. But my niece joined to be able to use her free plane tickets from work, still, the more the merrier ☺️
We travel to Osaka Japan via Jetstar, the flights were smooth and on time. We stayed in Bon Condo Namba Nipponbashi, an apartment type accommodation I booked via Agoda. The room was spacious and the location is good. Close to the Osaka Metro, but a bit far from Namba station – but still walking distance.
I am really expecting a cold weather when we arrived, but I was really surprised that it snow a lot in Osaka. Btw we went last Feb 5-9. Good thing I really brought with me a lot of thermal innerwear. Since, we are from a Tropical country, I really prepared and bundled up for the cold because I dont want to get sick while on vacation 😂
First day was just travelling to Osaka and checking in, we just had free time in the evening to explore a little bit of Dotonbori and line up for Ichiran Ramen. A lot of people say that Ichiran is overrated, but I still like it and everytime I went to Japan. This is still one of my go to meals ☺️
After Ichiran, we just went to Matsumoto Kiyoshi, a drugstore pharmacy to bought toiletries and other hauls I have been eyeing since watching it from tiktok 😂
