Awesome day trip from Gora Station to Hakone with Cable Car, Hakone Ropeway and Pirate Ship.

A smooth riding cable car took us from Gora Station to the Hakone Ropewat which carried us across the hot steamy active volcano where we could admire from close up the workings of the steam inside the crater followed by eating hot black boiled eggs from the hot volcanic water.
Another ropeway took us down to Lake Ashi where we took the pirate ship to Hakone town which was then followed by another long walk to the Heiwa no Torii.
