[Music] hi I’m YY malim and I love to travel around Japan in this series we’re going to go and explore to Hoku region the northern part of Japan there will be four-part video for this series and the first location we’re going to go and visit Akita prefecture the soku City in this video you’re going to see beautiful scenery lots of delicious food and also hidden gems that probably you haven’t seen before so let’s explore [Music] this is our first thing we’re going to kako station from Tokyo Station and yeah we’re riding the sh and if you’re ring a shin maybe try and consider by anent this is yeah yes let’s go so let’s go what’s the patter I don’t know what’s that’s right so after 3 hours train ride from Tokyo Station we finally reached tazawako station which is a part of Akita prefecture and here they are famous for its Onsen um Lake and some other pretty things that we will go later on today so stay tuned so apparently they have the map right in front of the station we’ll be going to this Lake over here which is the most fam Lake in this area you can see the statue um the shrine some camping sites and hm let’s see where else can we go today what are you doing writing a message for who for the board which board or this board okay okay this is the Nam mask made out of food [Music] it’s you can actually see quite well from here it’s quite huge [Music] so we finally reached tazawa but actually we were planning to go to the lake first but then we saw this Akita show so apparently we can see real life aita dog right here cried my friend why I excited to see that some dog yes is see some dog I don’t know how much it costs but let’s check it out and oh it’s uh purp okay to see let’s go oh yeah you can also see how they make with here so I’m I’m 100 wait one more for four side it looks like a school but it’s actually a local Museum that you can go inside and play some piano and see how the Japanese school looks like so yeah just now we’re just playing oh it’s still over there it’s really cool let’s see inside I don’t know if it um it is free or not but let’s just go [Music] you see that got thank you [Music] [Music] this is how Japanese classroom looks like so yeah it really looks like the ones in I’m really in draw one but I think this is like a Google area because the tables are we [Music] [Music] guys do you know what these are do you know what these are way we’re at the Kaza Museum which is sh Museum okay let’s go and check out the top Museum around the area there Museum scatter around everywhere so I’m curious what this is talking about yeah I heard that um TR is popular since people here live near the lake can St have this Museum [Music] [Music] it’s just as I is like a p of two okay B show us uh St this is how big the lake t [Music] so they those are the kimasu K kimasu is a native fish of tazawako lake that used to be living only here in January 1940 they went extinct from the acidic water caused by tamagawa incident in this Museum we can learn about the history up to the rediscovery of kimasu fish which was discovered in Lake SEO yamanashi prefecture in 2010 so we finally reached the Taza day and if you see right there there’s a tagawa lady right over there it’s it’s actually Urban uh fil Story made by the people from here and do you do you know the story about her the story about her is that she was one of the most beautiful people like around this area and she prayed to God to grent her wish and then God told her to drink from this Lake and what she did was she kept on drinking drinking until all the water is gone and she turned into a dragon what so yeah hence there’s this golden SES you off her that’s up is it a p tail yes it’s a PO tail [Music] it’s time for some food cuz I’m starving and we found this pizza shop around the area let’s go it’s called isig Pizza they have fasta as [Music] well there’s this Haim that they sellim I mean honey well they have shoe cream roll cake um castella coffee and apparently the [Music] wond we found kch honey got in a store I think what’s the difference with the this and this it’s quite the [Music] same oh this one like um Western influence honey and this one is like normal honey but it’s from different country let me try I want to try this one because the biggest one you can get 50 g off honey it’s quite heavy it’s quite heavy oh oh it’s lavender with
