    Looks just like any studio anywhere in Europe. Except for the swanky toilet. Price is very reasonable for a metropolitan area. Only 120% of your income, if you're a student in my country (of course rent here for a similar space is twice that).

    Based on the location ,it became over $700 .With similar space & facilities, it would be just around $370 outside of Tokyo like in Saitama prefecture.Plus,there are a lot of companies in Japan sponsoring their employee around $260 everymonth for the house rent till 32 years old.
