Looks like a great day trip option…we just got back and spend time exploring the “quieter”neighbourhoods like Kagurazaka, Shimokitazawa,etc and enjoying Strawberry season too

I’ve done Hakone as a day trip twice! Once on my first trip in 2016 and again in 2023. It makes for a nice escape from Tokyo!!
