■New Business Class on the Boeing 777-300ER
Emirates has refurbished the exterior and interior of its Boeing 777-300ER. The refurbishment began in July 2024, and it took 37 days to complete the first refurbished Boeing 777-300ER.

The first refurbished Boeing 777-300ER took off on the afternoon of August 7, 2024 as flight EK83 from Dubai to Geneva. The refurbished aircraft will be introduced one after another, and be introduced on the Tokyo Haneda-Dubai route from September 1, 2024.

Emirates is also refurbished its Airbus A380, and plans to invest more than US$3 billion in the new specification aircraft, with a total of 191 aircraft of both models.

・4 classes
First class: 8 seats (1-2-1)
Business class: 38 seats (1-2-1)
Premium economy class: 24 seats (2-4-2)
Economy class: 256 seats (3-4-3)

The refurbished Boeing 777-300ER now features a new premium economy class. The previous business class had a bad reputation for its 2-3-2 layout, but the new business class has a 1-2-1 layout.

The new business class seats are 20.7 inches (52.6 cm) wide, with a 44-inch (111.8 cm) seat pitch, a 78.6-inch (199.6 cm) bed, and a 23-inch (58.4 cm) HD personal screen.

  1. Really impressed with their Japan-oriented food offering, so many airlines don't bother trying to cater to different destinations!

  2. I’m 66 and disabled. I’ll never have the opportunity to do this so thank-you for taking me along. 🙏🏻 for safe travels. Also the amenities bags are the best. I always love samples.

  3. Great review, very clear. EK missed the mark with those seats, the fixed armrests aren't great if you're not thin. Sticking to SQ.

  4. Another great trip. You are right, the two tv monitors so close can be a little annoying. Still in luxury, thanks.

  5. The armrests restrict the sleeping area. This is not discussed in the video. Maybe you are that small, but the new recliners are not suitable for taller people.
