Ramen Kanetora serves a delicious dish called tsukemen. It’s a dish where you dip in thick and chewy noodles into a very rich, umami packed sauce. I loved how you could pick both the amount of noodles you wanted and also how spicy you wanted your dish to be.
I went for 250g of noodles, level 2 spicy and also went for the no.1 recommended item set with cha siu and an egg with my noodles.
Cost: ¥1750 (£9 / RM50) Payment: Cash only
How To Order: Queue up outside and when someone calls you in you order at the machine. They will then ask you for the amount of noodles & level of spice you want. You’ll be led back outside and called back in after to your seat when one becomes available.
