It’s been over a month since my trip to Biei, yet the moments still feel so fresh, as if they happened just yesterday. I can still vividly recall waking up, rushing to the curtain to peek outside, and being greeted by a snow-covered landscape that instantly reminded me of a line I hold dear: “Well, I know now. I know a little more how much a simple thing like a snowfall can mean to a person.”
On that day, we took the train from Biei Station to Bibaushi Station and walked to the Christmas tree. The tree itself was beautiful, but the scenery along the way was equally breathtaking. We were so lucky to experience it both while the snow was falling and after it had stopped. I’ve poured all my thoughts and feelings from that day into this vlog, and I hope you enjoy it 🥰❄️
