πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅How to eat at Makishi Fish Market in Okinawa, Japan& how much it costs! #shorts #okinawa #travel

πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅ Visiting the Makishi Fish Market was one of the coolest things we did in Okinawa, Japan! 🐟 You pick what type of seafood you want from the vendors on the first floor of the market and then they have the restaurants on the second floor prepare it for you. 🦐 🐚 🍣 🐠 🦞 🍀 🍲 There’s so much fresh seafood to choose from!

Everything gets weighed and purchased downstairs except drinks 🍻 and things you order straight from the restaurant. We paid 10,700 Yen for our food. It’s a great set up and so fresh!πŸ§‘πŸΌβ€πŸ³You have to try it while in Okinawa, Japan.

  1. Wet fish markets are a great way to eat an authentic meal! You pick out what you want to eat and buy it right from the food vendor. Then you can have the food you just bought prepared for you at a near by restaurant! Have you done this before? If so where and did you like the experience? We have also done this in the Philippians. So good!

  2. ive seen these places will sometimes charge you more if they can tell your a tourist so be carful yall!
