I very much like ramen, and tonkotsu ramen is one of my favorite ramen. So its interesting to see how it is prepared. There is so much preparation work before the shop opens. I wonder how many hours the staff need for all that preparation work ?
P.S. the machine which cuts the spring onions is really useful
20年以上食べてますが、大砲の豚骨ラーメンがNo. 1です。
