Senshū Park · Akita
El parque Senshu es el lugar donde se encontraba el castillo Kubota del duodécimo señor feudal Yoshitaka Satake (1825-1884). (Kubota era el antiguo nombre de Akita hasta 1871). Puedes visitarlo y desde lo alto disfrutar de unas maravillosas vistas de la ciudad y sus alrededores. El parque también alberga un santuario sintoísta, pero además de eso, es un parque impresionante en la temporada de otoño. Yo lo visité el 6 de noviembre.
千秋公園は、12代藩主佐竹義隆（1825-1884）の久保田城跡です。（久保田は1871年まで秋田の旧称でした）。公園を訪れて、頂上から市街地と周辺地域の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。公園には神社もありますが、その先には秋の季節には見事な公園があります。私が訪れたのは11月6日でした。
Senshu Park is the site of the Kubota castle of Yoshitaka Satake 12th. feudal lord (1825-1884). (Kubota was the former name of Akita up to 1871). You can visit it and from the top to have a wonderful view of the city and surrounding area. The park is also the place of a Shinto shrine but further than that is an stunning park in Fall season. My visit was November 6th.
